A look back from the past year!
So today completes another rotation around the sun and I officially enter the last year of my 30s. I must say that 38th rotation is going to be tough to top, but God willing 39 will be just as great.
What are the top 10 things that I hope to accomplish this year on the road to 40?
- Take care of myself – mentally and physically.
- Continue to strengthen my relationships with family and friends.
- Attend church more regularly
- Finish getting my new home together. I know it takes time, but I do have to put in the effort to get it done…and I will.
- I have a trip to Jamaica scheduled for next month, but I also want to travel across the ocean with my first choice being to visit Africa – and of course more travel!
- Continue to grow professionally.
- Gain a new stream of revenue (preferably passive).
- Enjoy life and experience new things.
- Contribute to this blog on a routine basis.
- Get a new US President.
I’m sure this list may change over the year, but it’s a start. My goal is to always make sure that I love the person that I am, enjoy what I do, experience all that life has to offer, and keep God first.
My road to 40 will end with a ski trip (another first) to Park City, UT with friends and family next January. Until then, stay along for the ride!
